Yoga: Self Sustainability

🌿 Gentle Beginners Yoga: Self-Sustainability 🌿
When you prioritise your own well-being, you create the energy and balance needed to truly serve others. This one-hour beginners gentle yoga class embraces the theme of "Self-Sustainability," reminding us that caring for ourselves is the foundation for sustaining meaningful connections with our community.
Through simple movements and calming breathwork, we’ll explore how putting yourself first isn’t selfish—it’s essential. When you’re rested, centered, and strong, you can show up fully for others, giving from a place of abundance rather than depletion.

🧘 What to Bring: Yoga mat & a willingness to nurture yourself. Spare mats will be available on the day.
Start filling your own cup — because a sustainable you means a thriving community.
