Let's talk about our feelings! More specifically, let's talk about UNDERSTANDING our feelings. The ups, downs and all arounds!
As part of the Scone Literary Festival 2025 we are hosting a Well Being Literacy evening in partnership with Upper Hunter Where There’s a Will. We are excited to welcome three highly acclaimed females in their fields; Georgie Collinson, Jen Cowley, and Dr Marcelle Moore. Together they will share how the power of words has helped educate and build an understanding around anxiety, fear and loss!
These three powerful voices share their wisdom on mental health and resilience. Georgie Collinson (The Anxiety Reset Method) reveals practical tools to conquer high-functioning anxiety. Dr. Marcelle Moore (Even Lions Get Scared) offers insights into childhood fears and emotional strength using story telling. Jen Cowley (Grandpa’s Hat) explores the magic of intergenerational bonds in shaping mental well-being. Don’t miss this uplifting conversation filled with expert advice, heartfelt stories, and life-changing perspectives.
And a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community and share time. After all, that is an essential part of keeping our own bucket full! Don’t miss it.
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Georgie Collinson will no longer be joining us due to the transport dangers created by Cyclone Alfred
